Last review was removed because I didn't want to waste any more time dealing with the terrible customer service from them. They sent me a damaged pop, I ordered another while i returned that one. The new pop came damaged so I ordered another while I sent that back again. The third pop arrived damaged again even after they told me it would be hand picked in the warehouse. I had to spend time, money and stress dealing with these clowns and I highly recommend people avoid this company at all costs. Please don't reply to me piab I'm not interested in spending any more time dealing with you.

Absolutely awful customer service! I made an order back in January an marvel funko. Originally said it would be shipped in February which later changed. I contacted the customer service at the end of February via chat to find out what was going on and was told it will now be shipped in 1-2 weeks and to get back on contact if I've not heard anything. I didn't hear anything from them and then got back in contact via chat. I was told that the order would be shipped 28th March and I will receive and email. I hadn't heard anything still by 11th April got back in contact via chat only to be told all shipping dates are estimations they can't guarantee anything. They can't tell me when my order is supposed to arrive apart from 1-2 weeks and if I've not heard anything get back in contact! I will never order anything from them ever again!

Ordered from them and sent a damaged box. If I wanted a damaged box I’d have ordered a damaged box. Even if it wasn’t damaged in the warehouse, the packaging was of the bare minimum so was damaged in transit.

I was accidently send the wrong item I ordered so I used the customer service message contact and Liam and Josh helped me out very quickly and very efficiently.

Subscribed to the one funko a month deal, and it's been such a cool experience, got a big all might funko which usually retails for about £30, so can't recommend enough.

Pop in a Box is a great website to use for any and all of your favourite characters from many franchises like; Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, GOT, DC even films and games you like. Not only Pop vinyls but t-shirts, key chains and even bags are on offer.

I had an issue with my order, to be specific it didn't arrive, and the team was very helpful. They re-sent my order and i was really satisfied.

I really enjoy the experience pop in a box gives with each order. They take care of the pops really well. I have not have any problem with the condition of my order and no problem with the transactions, everything has gone smooth. The pops they also have available reach out to many type of funko pop collectors. If I was to describe Pop in a Box in one word I would use the word fun.

My experience with this company is most definitely not a good one and I will not be ordering anything from them again. Here's why:I ordered a couple of pops for birthday gifts in August 2020 (for one birthday in September and one in October). The one for the October birthday got dispatched fairly quickly and without issue (apart from long delivery times, but that was understandable due to the pandemic and all). The second pop however, did not get dispatched... and has currently STILL to be dispatched. 7. Months. Later.Needless to say, messages to customer service has been entirely fruitless. The one time they replied to me, I was given the good old "let us know if you want to cancel your order". I had asked if they knew the dispatch date or at least when they were getting them from their supplier, not that I wanted to cancel my order.Anyway, that was the only time I got a reply from them. 3 messages later and it seem all my attempts to contact them are being completely ignored. This is evident by all my messages being marked "Complete" (they're usually marked as "Outstanding" if a staff member hasn't seen it). This is quite appalling given the fact I'm just trying to ask them a question. I don't even mind that they ruined a birthday gift by not dispatching it when they said they would and not giving ANY update whatsoever on the delay.Also, the same pop got restocked about 4 month or so back so it's not like it hasn't been in stock for the past 7 months.All in all, this is an incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and undoubtedly lying company that I will forever avoid and recommend that everyone else does! I've already put out a PSA to all my pop collecting friends, you should too!

I have ordered two items from this store for my son. The first took far too long to be delivered and the company have just cancelled my second order with no explanation. This was a pre order that my son was really excited about which they have randomly cancelled. I contacted them to get an explanation, however they told me 'the item is no longer available'. I pre-ordered it well in advance of the release date (in January)! I have another order that is due around April for my son and I am extremely worried the same will happen again! I won't be ordering again from this company I am afraid as I am fed up with having an extremely upset child.

I have used pop in a box many times to add to my pop collection and the service is always faultless. Orders are delivered on time, in good packaging and mint condition
